This Cookie Policy explains how OSCABE LTD ("OSCABE", "we") uses cookies and similar storage technologies on oscabe.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy and reflects the changes introduced by the UK Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 ("DUAA") that came into force on 5 February 2026.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and first-party JavaScript SDKs; for the avoidance of doubt, references to "cookies" in this policy include those technologies, in line with the ICO's January 2026 guidance.
2. The three categories we use

3. Our consent banner
Our cookie banner presents an "Accept all" and a "Reject all" button with equal visual prominence, as required by the ICO's enforcement position. Clicking "Reject all" stores only strictly-necessary cookies and the statistical-purposes exemption above. You can re-open the banner at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
Refusing optional cookies does not affect your ability to use the Platform.
4. How long cookies last
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies typically last 30 days to 24 months depending on their purpose. Specific lifetimes appear in the table below.
5. Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so may impair Platform functionality (for example, you will be logged out). Useful links:
