OSCABE was founded by Joseph Brijin Chacko (JBC), a Senior Engineer with an Engineer's Degree and 13+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation. After years of watching talented PLC, SCADA, and controls engineers struggle with recruiters who could not tell a PLC from a PID loop, he built something better.

As part of the Wartens ecosystem, OSCABE operates with an unfair advantage. We are not just recruiters who learned automation. We are automation specialists who built a recruitment platform. Our parent company runs training, robotics, and technology operations across the UK and India.

Today, OSCABE operates as a dual-track service: remote engineers from India (managed from the Wartens India office in Bangalore) and traditional UK recruitment for roles that require physical presence. Every engineer is verified by a Senior Engineer before placement.
